Loved this really scuzzy venue on the Whitechapel Road (now a sushi restaurant). But around this time (mid 2002) went to loads brilliant things here.
The first of which was another Warp Records affiliated Nesh party. I’m sure there were others on the bill but for some reason decided to capture Squarepusher’s brother aka Ceephax Acid Krew in full acid meltdown.
Cheap beer and added sweat only added to the raucous atmosphere. Probably Boom Bip was on DJ action seeming as he’s in the pics too. Oh and hello Tom from Lex Records!
