Might not have made much traction in the EDM world back then, save for the novelty that they were from Russia.
The duo of Alexander Zaitsev & Ilya Baramiya, known internationally as Ёлочные Игрушки but in the UK as EU made most pleasant electronica that fitted well texturally with the more ambient / softer side of the genre.
And live they filled the cavernous 93 Feet East with warm melodies and rhythmic trickery that still sound decent today. ‘Warm Math’ was the album to go for.
