Trundle out of the flat in Claremont Road. Turn right into Cricklewood Lane, under the railway bridge until you get to Cricklewood Broadway. Hop on the 16 bus, about 15 stops later, get off at Maida Vale Station and bomb it down Elgin Avenue until you hit Delaware Road on the left. Can’t miss the majestic BBC Studios — it was a former ice rink — pile into Studio MV4 and, ladies and gentlemen….The Bays.
